Retention Initiatives aims to facilitate undergraduate student success at UAB. We strive to ensure that all Blazers have access to tools they need to be successful throughout their college experience. This mission is accomplished by supporting all students, both academically and personally, so they are equipped to persist to graduation.
Our vision is to improve undergraduate retention and graduation rates by leveraging institutional data, educational research, and best practices.
